The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of protecting one new spray booth, associated stack and filter. There are also minor sprinkler additions and relocations due to new wall configuration. Sidewall sprinklers are to be installed below the garage doors. The existing was reported as design for Ordinary Hazard Group III .21/1568 + 250 with 125 sf maximum head spacing. The system demand was reported as 345.98 GPM @ 58.31 PSI

(KENNY'S ROD SHOP) Interior and exterior remodel to an existing 7,500 sq. ft. building for a new auto body shop tenant per approved plans. Work to include: perform select interior demolition; remove select existing doors, door frames, and walls; install new steel I-beams and posts; frame in existing wall openings; replace specific existing overhead doors with new; remove portions of the existing ceiling structure and framing as designated on plans; remove the existing exterior steel siding and replace with new panel system; and install a pre-manufactured "Spray Net - Side Draft Spray Paint Booth". All work per the approved plans, Engineering, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Any modifications or alterations to the existing sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit. CZC10-00001 per Planning and Zoning. **SRZ**

The overhead hydro test passed and the earth quaking has been modified and trapeze hangers provided on the mains.

The piping rough-in in general is passed. Trapeze hangers are required for the new 3" supply main since all of its weight is hanging from a single Z purlin and the earthquake bracing needs to be anchored at the beams as discussed with Roy. The overhead hydro test failed since a visable leak was found at a pendant and the 3" supply main had not been included in the test.
