(CERAMICA) The North wall of this tenant space is required to be a 2-hr fire wall. This building is fire sprinklered. To remodel an existing tenant space for a new retail sales pottery shop. Floor area from this tenant space and from an adjacent tenant space will be used to create a 241 square foot restroom core that will serve both tenant spaces. This tenant space will have a floor area of about 1,941 square feet. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, accessible high and low drinking fountains, and finishes. Both restrooms within the restroom core are required to be accessible to the disabled as defined by current standards. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
