Spoke to Clint and explained I would need to deny the plans due to insufficient information to complete the review. I went over the following: The drawings are not 1/8" scale, I could not verify the spacing requirements for the notification has been met, the candela of the devices are not shown, devices are shown in areas that do not require notification and are not shown in areas that do require notification, the name of the designer and his/her qualification are not shown, etc.. He understood he would need to provide the information in the form of a resubmittal. I asked if he needed me to fax him anything formal indicating a resubmittal is required, and he stated he did not need anything further from me.
