The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system appears to be a 4"x3"x1¼" Grid. The new work will be on the second floor in two locations and on the first floor in one location. All sprinklers to be quick response type. Existing head spacing is based on 196sf. The existing system was calculated for .10/1118 + 100 hose. The city supply was reported at S-50, R-20, Q-2500 on 03-29-06

**Brown Mackie** This permit is for minor tenant improvements to an existing 32,640 sq. ft. building with work to include the reconfiguration of suite 250 and 270 as well as the registrars office. Suite 250 will be converted to a medical and dental assisting training areas and suite 270 will be used for office space and two new accessible restrooms with work to include minor demolition of interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of new interior partition walls, installation and repair of the suspended ceiling, reconfiguration of ducting, installation of new restroom fixtures, installation of a new hi-lo dinking fountain and all related interior finishes. The new restroom fixtures and drinking fountain will maintain the appropriate fixture count for the current occupant load. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING, ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT AND SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA13 AS REGULATED BY THE BOISE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
