The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating 5 sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system in this area, is a small 2½"'x2½" x1¼" grid. The area is located in the SW corner of the first floor. The main riser is in the NW corner. The existing water supply is reported as S-45, R-29, Q-3000. The existing hydraulic most remote area is located on the second floor of a two-floor building and the demand was reported as 319 GPM @ 40 PSI. This equates to a 4.8 cushion, which is approximately 10.7% below the available water supply. The area is a light hazard offices.
