The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinkler to a tenant improvement. The sprinklers are based on 120 Sqft spacing. The existing system is a 3"x3"x1¼" grid. Storage shall be limited to 12' per NFPA 13: 5.3.2. There shall be a minimum of the 18" clearance between the sprinkler deflector and the top of storage per NFPA: 13 8.5.6.1
