The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding sprinklers around a new wall on the mezzanine and removing sprinklers on an exterior canopy that is being demolished.

(CINTAS) - To remodel an existing 12,040 Sqft. tenant space in an existing 58,296 square foot building. Work to include: enlarge an existing exterior loading dock ramp including retaining walls and guardrails; add a new exterior 268 square foot vehicular ramp to the existing loading dock; demo an existing exterior 10' X 10' over head door, enlarge and cut the existing concrete tilt up wall opening to allow for a new 12' X 14' over head door per structural engineering; partially demo the existing exterior canopy and columns to accommodate the newly re-sized over head door; demo an existing interior stud wall per plans; remove the existing guard rails at the mezzanine and replace with a new 2x6 stud wall w/ gypsum board on the warehouse side; related interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC; electrical, mechanical work; and all other work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and all other reviewing agencies approvals. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separated permit. **SRZ**
