This fire alarm permit is to provide duct detectors for three new roof top units and tie them in to the existing fire alarm panel via an existing spare zone (#6).

Associated building permit: BLD10-00997 (Vanilla TI) Permit for first time tenant improvements to an existing 13,550 sq. ft. shell building with work to include the construction of a tenant demising wall to create a 4,157 sq. ft. tenant space. A new exterior door will also be installed in an existing store front. Three new rooftop units will be installed on the existing curbs. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building: any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. A separate tenant improvement permit will be required to occupy the space. The adjacent space that was created (7940) is under Bld10-00997. CZC10-00083 for new exterior door and painting. CDM
