Description
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of tenant improvement to an existing facility. The existing fire protection was designed for light hazard (225 Sqft) at the roof of an approximately 19' high building. The tenant will be electronic manufacturing (ordinary hazard group I), storage of class IV commodities (PVC-covered wire on plastic spools) and class III commodity (PVC-cabling) the storage is to not exceed 10' high. The existing sprinklers will be removed. New quick response sprinklers will be respaced at the roof to a maximum of 126 Sqft utilizing mechanical tees. There is an office area in the north end of the building, which will have, above and below protection. The below protection is based on light hazard (225 Sqft). The existing system has 6" C-900 underground, 3" main riser, 3" back flow preventer, 4" feed main, 3" cross main and 1½" branch lines. The main riser in located in a 1 hr rated room.

(PRECO ELECTRONICS (BUILDING 10) First time build-out and finish of 12,321 sq. ft. SHELL building (BLD06-01811) for use as Manufacturing Facility with Production/Radar Range, Packaging, R& D Radar Range, Support Administration, Lunch Room, Conference Room, Lobby & Accessible Restrooms, per approved plans.
