The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding new walls and new ceiling in a portion of the building. The existing system is a tree system with 6" C-900 underground, 4" feed-main, 3" cross-main and 1½" branch lines. The original water supply was reported at S-60, R-20, Q-3000. The original calculations appear to have been calculated for .10/1599. The new sprinklers are being armed over from the existing outlets. Some sprinklers are being added by utilizing mechanical tees.

(PRECO ELECTRONICS)(BUILDING 11) First time build-out of a new tenant space to occupy a 6,111 sq. ft. portion in existing 11,900 sq. ft. existing SHELL (BLD06-01812) building per approved plans. Work to include construction of interior walls, doors, hardware, millwork, two accessible restrooms, drinking fountain, service sink, suspended ceiling, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm system modifications for the administrative offices of PRECO Electronics. Drs
