The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(ZARIAN & MIDGLEY - University Plaza - STE #240) Permit to expand and existing 5,470 square foot tenant space (STE #250) into the adjoining 3,473 square foot tenant space (STE #220). Space will be used for Offices and accessory uses. This use is defined as a B occupancy. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create two new offices and to create additional open office area], new accessible hardware as needed, new doors, relocating lighting (no new wattage added), relocate ducts and diffusers, and installation of interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the IBC.
