Spoke to Neal regarding the difficiencies on the plans and asked him if he would prefer I deny the plans so he would only pay one set of review fees, or approved them with the understanding he would need to submit a plan modificaiton and obtain approval prior to calling for a final inspection. I explained if he chose to submit the plan modification that it would be additional fees. He chose to have me approve the plans and agreed to submit a plan modification prior to calling for a final inspeciton.
