Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: demolition of approximately 210 linear feet of interior non bearing wall, [construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a two separate sex fully accessible bathrooms, an office, and a break room, installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. Racking that exceeds 8 ft. in height requires a separate Building Permit be submitted and approved before installation. **TLW**
