**Investors Property Management** Suite 105 Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 1,560 sq. ft. office space on the first story of an existing 61,134 sq. ft. building with work to include the addition of approximately 12 lineal feet if interior non bearing partition wall and the extension of the riser room walls to the underside of the floor above and all related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire Department. All work to be done per the approved plans and applicable codes.
