The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of arming over sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The sprinklers are being replaced on a one for one basis. The existing main is 2" with 1¼" branch lines. There are no combustibles above the ceiling therefore only pendent sprinklers are required.

Building Department Scope:

(Belnap Law Offices) (suite109) Permit for interior improvements to an existing 5,455 sq. ft. tenant space in an existing 22,315 sq. ft. building with work to include the construction of interior non-bearing partition walls, new suspended ceiling, millwork, electrical, HVAC ducting, plumbing and related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans and all applicable codes. Restrooms, mop sink and drinking fountain are provided in the common area. This building is fully sprinklered; any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the e City Fire Department. CDM
