(PACIFIC SOURCE - River Quarry Bldg "B" - Ste#100) Permit is to remodel an existing 15,779 square foot 1st floor tenant space for a new tenant. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create 8 new offices, 3 new conference rooms, and 2 new storage rooms], infill existing door openings, create new door openings, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
