The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding fire protection below a new mezzanine in an office area. The new area will be connected to an existing 6" main. The above system is a 6"x4"x2" grid. The new sprinklers will be quick response type.

Building Department Scope:

Permit for the expansion of the existing tenant space from 105,000 to 165,000 sq. ft. which is the entire building with work to include the addition of two new accessible restrooms, a drinking fountain, one break room and a office space with a storage deck above. No stairs are being provided to the deck at this time. All doors within the space are equipped with exit signs. All work to be done per the approved plans. The shell building was constructed under BLD08-01253 with the original T.I. under BLD08-021677 and another T.I. under BLD09-00301. This is a fully sprinklered building for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Boise City Fire department.
