The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a tenant improvement to change an existing space into a yoga studio. The designer indicated the studio portion of the space would be maintained at an ambient temperature exceeding 120º F; therefore, intermediate temperature sprinklers will be utilized.

Building Department Scope:

Permit is to remodel an existing 3,892 square foot office space to be a yoga studio. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a fully accessible changing rooms and a large workout (yoga) room, installation of new accessible showers, installation of new hi/low drinking fountain, installation of new doors and hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**--TRF--
