Add and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

(WINCO CORORATE OFFICES) Permit is to remodel an existing 73,030 square foot office building. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create screen walls to accommodate additional cubicles in an open office area, installation of new exterior window (CZC10-00169) and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. NOTE: Construction of walls to enclose break room is no longer a scope of work in this project. Architect will submit plan mod to address this situation. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
