This fire alarm permit is to provide a manual fire alarm system for an existing building. This permit scope includes pull stations, full notification, HVAC monitoring/shut down, and sprinkler system monitoring.

Associated building permit: BLD10-00114 (CENTER FOR SPIRITUAL LIVING) This building will be fully fire sprinklered for the occupant load in the fire area. To convert an existing 7,108 square foot office building (B Occupancy) to a church (A-3 Occupancy). Nonstructural work includes 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, an interior ramp accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, exterior windows, and finishes. Structural work includes a new roof structure, bearing walls, beams, columns, headers, shear walls, joists, concrete footings, etc. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, with the structural design, and with all applicable codes and standards. The new fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Interior nonstructural demolition was done under permit BLD10-00038.
