The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of 6"x70' of C-900 underground piping with appropriate fitting and thrust blocks.

Building Department Scope:

To remodel and add onto an existing 10,065 square foot, two story, masonry and wood framed automobile dealership building. To convert the service area, on the north side of the building, to a new Prep Area #114 and enlarged Parts Area #113. To relocate the employee restroom and locker room; to convert the two first floor offices to a lounge area; to demo and remove the entry canopy and to remove a 500 sq. ft. showroom display area on the south side of the building. To construct a new 115 sq. ft. entry vestibule and to construct a new 5,370 sq. ft., one story, Service Area addition on the west side of the building. To refurbish the 2,530 sq. ft. second floor, including relocating and constructing a new interior stairway, and relocating and installing a new exterior egress stairway including a new corridor leading to the exterior stairway. This permit also includes related site improvements. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM --TRF--
