To prepare an existing 1,102 square foot shell space located on the 1st story of the Aspen Building for occupancy as a real estate office. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, ceiling shelf, millwork, and finishes. The restroom was installed under the shell permit and is required to be fully accessible to the disabled. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
