Quick Permit
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of demolishing a portion of the mezzanine. Rerouting the main that supplies the remainder of the mezzanine. Changing out 14 sprinklers from two piece plates to recessed quick response sprinklers.

(Vanilla Finish) Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing tenant space with work to include the removal of part of the storage mezzanine decreasing the square footage from 2,218 sq.ft. to 1,449 sq.ft., removal of an existing cooler, reconfiguration of the existing restrooms in the office area making them fully accessible, installation and retrofit of some lighting and all related interior finishes. All work to be done per the approved plans, any notations and the attached engineering. There is no occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate permit will be required for occupancy. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the City of Boise Fire department.
