The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating spinklers in three separate areas to accommodate new walls and ceilings. The existing system is a 2½" x 2½" x 1¼" grid.

The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to comply with the code. Theses changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be required to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit; they will do so on their own cognizance.
