The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of approximately 45' of 6" C-900 underground piping and associated fittings and thrust blocks. This permit is for the underground only. The above ground piping will follow under a separate permit.

Building Department Scope:

CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY - (FOUNDATION PERMIT) - This permit is issued to pour footings and foundation and do underground utilities for the future construction of the Concordia University three story addition. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the pour of the foundation until final approval of plans and issuance of the full building permit. That permit has not yet been applied for. As owner or designated agent, I acknowledge that I am performing this work at my own risk without assurance that the permit for the entire building structure will be granted, and I agree to make any modifications to the early foundation work performed as may be required to comply with the City Codes and the final approved building plans and conditions.
