Brian called back and left a message. I returned Brian's call and let him know that I can't accept submittals without battery calculations unless the devices they are adding do not pull power from the panel. In this case, there are devices that will draw power from the panel, therefore existing current draws and accurate battery calculations are required. I also noted there is not a one-line/riser diagram in the submittal and that we would need that as well. I let him know that as long as I can get the information by tomorrow (Friday, 10/15/10) I would not need to reject the submittals. He stated he could get me the information requested in that time frame.

Called Brian Richard with Tribal Fire Systems and left a message letting him know he will need to have something in writing from the responding fire department stating they are okay with the new location of the remote annunciator. In the message, I let him know he would not need to submit the letter/statement to me, but he would need to have it available for the inspector at the time of the final inspection.
