The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of approximately 180’± of 6” C-900 underground pipe, fittings and thrust blocks to be installed per NFPA 24, IFC. Above ground fire protection system, is to follow under a separate permit.


Building Department Scope:

Addition and Remodel - The remodel is to convert one bedroom living unit #133 to a large studio unit and to enlarge dining room #116 by approximately 270 square feet. The additional square footage and occupant load at the dining room will change the occupancy group from a B Occupancy to an A-3 Occupancy. The addition portion of the project is to demolish and remove an existing porte cochere and construct a new is a 4,160 square foot, one story, wood framed, living unit wing edition on the southwest side of the existing assisted living building. The new addition will be connected to the existing building with an exit vestibule. The new addition will have six living units, four one-bedroom units and two large studio units.
