11/16/10: PLAN MODIFICATION. This plan modification is to provide new calculations and data sheets for “Self Amplified” Speakers.
NOTE TO INSPECTOR: Per the alarm vendor, the original building voice evacuation system was designed with Wheelock SA-S series supervised self-amplified speakers, not System Sensor SPS series devices as previously submitted on; therefore no exterior amplifiers are provided or required. Future tenant improvements in this building will be required to provide the SA-S series devices.

11/2/10:This fire alarm permit is to relocate wall mounted devices to ceiling mount and add devices as necessary to accommodate a tenant remodel.
Associated building permit: BLD10-01924 (AHRENS & DeAHGELI - CW Moore Plaza - Ste #660) Permit is to expand a 6,389 square foot tenant space into an adjacent 2,698 square foot tenant space and remodel the new 9,087 square foot tenant space for new tenant. PLAN MODIFICATION 9-21-10 - Modification submitted to remodel the south side of this tenant space. This mod will include demolition and construction of non-bearing walls to configure a new conference room, break room, and copy room. This mod also includes related lighting, door hardware, doors, and interior finishes. **TLW** Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file.
