This fire alarm permit is to replace an existing speaker/strobe and add three new speaker/strobes to the existing fire alarm system due to a tenant shell and core remodel on the 20th floor. There are no initiating devices in this permit scope of work. Although the building permit is for the 19th and 20th floors, the work being done on the 19th floor does not affect the fire alarm system or devices.

Associated building permit: BLD10-01237 (US BANK - Shell and Core - 19th and 20th Floors) Permit is to upgrade the restrooms on the 20th floor, renovate the hallway on the 20th, and add a drinking fountain on the 19th floor. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of new accessible bathroom fixtures, [demolition of existing restroom, small walls in hallway, and wood trim], installation of new standard height drinking fountain on the 19th floor, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
