The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of relocating and adding sprinklers to accommodate a new wall and ceiling layout to a portion of a floor. The existing system has telescoping mains and branch lines. The existing riser is 6” and includes a backflow preventer.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for tenant improvements to a 4,510 area within a existing 22,097 sq. ft. space to create a area for St. Luke’s Legal Services with work to include the construction of new interior non-bearing partition walls, new suspended ceiling, HVAC ducting, electrical, a new exterior ramp and related interior finishes. The file room area permitted under BLD08-00985 will be increased by 1,195 sq. ft. adding a separate file room area to the space. All work to be done per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
