Associated building permit: BLD10-01976 (St. Luke’s Business Center - Cashier Area) This building is fully sprinklered. Project involves select interior non-bearing, non-structural demolition within a 2,200 sq. ft. portion of existing 93,490 sq. ft. office building. Existing building area, occupancy use group or occupant load will not be changed as a result of this remodel. Work includes construction of interior walls to define new office, work area and reduce waiting room size; install new millwork, 2-3' x 7' solid wood doors, interior finishes and modifications to electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and alarm systems, all per reviewed plans, red-line notes on plans and attached plan review comments/conditions attached to reviewed plans from all reviewing agencies.
