Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing wall to create two separate rooms in order to break up age groups, installation of new doors / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. Note: All future fire alarm plan submittals that have been designed by a professional engineer will require a letter of review or a stamp on the fire alarm shop drawings indicating that the fire alarm shop drawings have been reviewed by the design engineer and are acceptable per the conceptual design.
