The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.


Building Department Scope:

Permit is to remodel an existing 13,077 square foot tenant space for a new permit. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing wall to create a separate tenant space and enclose an office, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. **TLW**
