The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of correcting inspection deficiencies and changing out sprinklers to QR type in an old computer room.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for tenant improvements to an existing 17,168 sq. ft. building to combine all of the existing tenant spaces into one tenant space with work to include the removal and construction of misc. interior non-bearing partition walls, reconfiguration of the existing lighting and mechanical ducting and related interior finishes per the approved plans. This is a fully sprinklered building: any alterations to the existing sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
