The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and plugging sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is apparently a 2”x2”x1¼” grid.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 5,586 sq. ft. tenant space. Work to include the removal of misc. interior non-bearing partition walls, construction of some new interior non-bearing partition walls, infill of misc. doors, installation of a new hi/lo drinking fountain, service sink in the common restroom area, new exterior door on the north end of the building, exterior side walk work and related interior finishes per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department."
