The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of a new wet system to protect a new home with two levels. The piping will be tented on the second level. New 1½” polypipe will supply the system through a ¾” meter. The system is a modified 13D. All closets and foyers must be sprinklered. In addition, one row of sidewall sprinklers is required in the wall that separated the garage from the house.


Building Department Scope:

Permit for the construction of a new 5,326 sq. ft., two story (basement 1,828 sq. ft., main level 3,498 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, approximately 1,030 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch, a 910 sq. ft. attached garage and a 180 sq. ft pool house. The pool is not part of this permit. All work to be done per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. This structure is located in W.U.I zone A. A letter from the applicant’s geotechnical engineer indicating that the footing sub-grade is acceptable must be approved by Public Works prior to scheduling a footing inspection.
