Description	3/22/11: PLAN MODIFICATION (20 initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to replace an issued quick permit with full submittals due to the permit scope of work changing, thereby exceeding the allowances for a quick permit. The permit scope of work is to remove two existing NAC panels, re-land the circuits on the existing 5895, add and/or relocate notification devices, and provide new duct detectors due to a tenant improvement. 2/14/11: This quick permit is to temporarily relocate the existing fire alarm panel due to demolition work being done. Under this permit, there is to be no re-circuiting or addition of devices. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD10-00641 To demolish (Commercial) building at above location in accordance with owner's agreement and $200,000.00 Bond waived per Bob Archibald. This permit is issued subject to inspector's approval of the sewer cap and site preparation prior to any grading or filling. Also the duct detector addresses tested do not correspond with the addresses received at central. To final a map and reverification of duct detector addresses will be required.

Four strobes are over spaced. One strobe needs to be lowered since it is obstructed by duct work. The central station did not receive all of the alarm signals. The inspection had to be stopped due to time constraints. The remaining inspection is scheduled for later today.
