The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing system is a tree with 2” mains and 1¼" branch lines. All sprinklers are to be quick response. The system is supplied by a tank and fire pump located in the basement. The tank is supplied from a city main.



Building Department Scope:

(CLEARWATER ANALYTICS – Sedwick Center – Ste # 300) Permit is to remodel an existing 9,469 full floor office tenant space for a new tenant. This building is fire sprinklered to meet high rise provisions. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached plan review report. Work to include: relocation of existing preconstructed / non-combustible full height partition walls, new light switching, new accessible doors / hardware, relocate ducts and diffusers, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW** --TRF--
