The Fire Protection Scope of work consists of a HFC-125 clean agent system to protect a computer room. Six 180º nozzle is being utilized with ten smoke detectors.


Building Department Scope:

To construct a new 2,450 square foot, one story, pre-engineered metal equipment storage building with 1,600 square foot unoccupied mechanical attic and related site improvements. The required plumbing fixtures are located in the adjacent Cable One office building. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM


Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:

The room is designed for a minimum concentration of 8.0% at 70ºF in a room of 19740.00 Ft³ in 9.34 seconds utilizing 771# of agent from a 1000# cylinder.
