Description |
The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The original shell permit was FIR99-00668. The original TI permit was FIR00-00076.
Building Department Scope:
Permit is to separate off a 3,683 square foot area off an existing 16,171 square foot 2nd floor tenant space for a new tenant. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new office, a new copy room, a new server room, a new break room, and to separate this space from the remainder], infill existing door openings, create new door openings, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
Fire Sprinkler System Design/Spacing:
The sprinklers are based on 16’x16’ spacing. The original third floor calculations were .10/980 + 100 Hose, with 5 sprinklers flowing at 30.2 Gpm @ 7 Psi. The original demand was 164 Gpm @ 48.5 Psi The original flow test was 55 Static, 20 Residual, 3000 Gpm and 11-19-1999 Date
