This fire alarm permit is to provide notification due to a tenant improvement.
Associated building permit: BLD11-00307 (APEX - River Quarry Bldg "B" - Ste#200) Permit is to separate off a 3,683 square foot area off an existing 16,171 square foot 2nd floor tenant space for a new tenant. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create a new office, a new copy room, a new server room, a new breakroom, and to separate this space from the remainder], infill existing door openings, create new door openings, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
