(BREWFORIA – Bown Crossing Marketplace – Bldg “F”) Permit is to remodel an existing 1,776 square foot mercantile space to become a restaurant / mercantile tenant. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of non-combustible full height partition walls to create a new bathroom with in the space, minor electrical, new accessible door / hardware, relocate ducts and diffusers, installation of new plumbing, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
