Description	This quick permit is to add a strobe only to a new lactation room. The strobe will be tied in to existing NAC 4B-2 on the existing 5499 intelligent power module. Approval is subject to field measurement of the EOL voltage drop. For appliances with an operating voltage range of 16V – 33V, the minimum acceptable voltage is 19.6V with the AC power off. Any measurement below this voltage will be considered insufficient to run the NACs at the end of useful battery life of 20.4V. UL 864, Standard for Control Units for Fire Signaling Systems. The installing contractor shall have available at final inspection a voltage meter and measure end of line voltages; witnessed by the field inspector. There are no written review comments. Associated building permit: BLD10-02879 (BOISE LIBRARY LACTATION ROOM) Permit is to add a lactation room to an existing library. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of interior non-bearing walls to create the new lactation room, installation of new accessible door / hardware, installation of new exhaust fan, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. This building is sprinklered for 1-hr. substitution. TLW
