All items tested ok but the signals sent out report a general fire and supervisory signals for both the 358 and 370 addresses. The signal has to be specific for the address. Signals need to be resent from both buildings to verify corrections. The duct smoke detector was missing the sample tube and was installed while I waited. The tamper switch on the PIV was installed backwards and wired backwards and was also repaired while I waited.

Installation does not match plans. The modules that were to be removed are still installed. Also the the wire between the two buildings is supposed to meet requirements in NEC article 800 and it does not. No testing was performed.

Spoke to Rob Ahten and requested a data sheet for the transient/lightning protection modules. He stated he would not be able to get it to me until tomorrow morning.
Telephone call  4/19/2011 DONE
Called Rob Ahten to let him know the part number he provided for the transient/lightning protection module is not listed for use with the Silent Knight Fire Alarm Panel and that he would need to get with the vendor to obtain the correct part/data sheet. In addition, I let him know he would also need to provide the transient/surge protection for the remote annunciator panel.
