The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding, relocating and deleting sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The majority of the piping is existing. Most of the work is new arm overs. This area is in the SW corner of the first floor.


Building Department Scope:

(ST. LUKE'S 1S BI-PLANE SPECIALS LAB) Remodel of a 2,950 sq. ft. area on the first floor of an existing hospital building per approved plans. This space will expand into previous part of exit corridor to stair enclosure serving lower levels but will not affect required egress path for other areas of hospital on first floor or from lower levels. Work to include select demolition to allow expansion & remodel of 2,950 sq. ft. within existing BI-PLANE SPECIALS LAB on first floor. To construct interior non-bearing walls to create the BI-PLANE room, control room, read room, clean and soiled linen rooms, (3) private office's, waiting - reception - office and unisex accessible restroom; interior finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and alarm system modifications and a structural support platform on the roof for new HVAC unit and below the roof line to support the new overhead mounted equipment in BI-Plane room.
