The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers due to new wall and ceiling construction. There is above and below protection. Sprinklers are quick response type.


Building Department Scope:

To permit the additional area of build out mentioned in BLD11-00712. To be clear, there are two permits with two areas of build out for the same tenant (BLD11-00712 and BLD11-00711). This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and non-separated use. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans and plan review report. The work is to include: construction of interior partition walls to create an open office area, installation of new lighting, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. If there are any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system A SEPARATE PERMIT will be required and the work shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW** --TRF--
