This fire alarm permit is to extend the existing fire alarm system in to the new tenant area. This permit scope of work includes notification, duct detectors, and kitchen hood suppression system monitoring.
Associated building permit: BLD11-00704 (FIVE GUYS BURGER AND FRIES - BODO BUILDING #4 - 1ST STORY) Fire sprinklers used for building area increase and for fire area. To convert an existing 2,600 square foot tenant space into a restaurant. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, 2 grease hoods, a 2-hr grease duct that penetrates a 2 hour fire wall, kitchen equipment, and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances.
