The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing grid type system has 2½”x2”x1¼” pipe sizing.


Building Department Scope:

(DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES - Ste# 100) Permit is to combine 4 existing tenant spaces to make one 5,861 square foot tenant space. This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached plan review report. Work to include: [construction of non-combustible partition walls to create 12 office areas, a training room, a conference room, a laundry area, a copy room, four new classrooms, and a long corridor], new lighting / switching, upgrade existing restrooms, installation of a new hi / low drinking fountain, relocate duct and diffusers, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**

Scope of Work
Tried to locate the building plans to verify if what the contractor says is the scope of work is the same as building department says is the scope of work.
The building plan reviewer said he turned the plans over to records. Records says they do not have the plans. Since I am unable to locate the plans, I will assume that the contractor has shown the correct scope of work.
