Description	The Fire Sprinkler Scope of work consists of adding and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. The existing grid system has 2”x2½”x1½” piping. Building Department Scope: Permit is to remodel an existing 1,824 square foot restaurant tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and plan review report. Work to include: installation / demolition of interior partition walls to create a larger kitchen area, installation of new lighting, installation of new plumbing, installation of new accessible sales and service counter, installation of new doors / accessible hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
