Received an email from Micron requesting the permit be changed to 'issued' status. However, 1) our records state that FIR11-00300 is for a hood suppression system which does not coincide with what the permit application describes as the scope of work. 2) our records state it was taken in (i.e. the permit was created here) downtown, however when we review on site at Micron the permits are always created by Micron online. I let Micron know that my concern is that we are talking about two very different permits that have the same permit number somehow and that needs to be addressed before we proceed with changing a status from 'rev' to 'iss'.

After looking in to this permit and having email discussions with Micron, it has been determined that this permit is the same as the one Micron emailed about. There has been no activity on this permit for over a year, so the chances are small that it is a duplicate number for separate permits. We have changed the type of permit from' Hood Suppression System' to 'Fire Alarm System', the type of work from a blank field to 'Alteration', type of use from a blank field to 'Industrial', and Plan Reviewer from 'unassigned' to 'Stephanie Cobbley'.
